Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will work on-site with a team of financial experts, assisting in-person and virtual clients and building long-term relationships in the community.

Responsibilities include delivering accurate tax solutions, expanding the local client base, and connecting clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and drive customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
