Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert advice. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to provide a seamless end-to-end client experience.

You will grow the local client base, nurture relationships, and participate in community events, while leveraging TurboTax tools and resources to offer year-round support and personalized guidance.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ 1040s per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow local client base via outreach, events and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
