Intuit, Inc. seeks to hire TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location across the United States.

You will engage with clients face-to-face and virtually, guiding them through tax scenarios while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You will also act as a local ambassador, expanding the client base through community outreach and events, delivering an exceptional customer experience,

Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns per season).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location; 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
