Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled tax professionals to join TurboTax Local Service Expert locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advise clients, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You will grow the local client base, lead community outreach, and leverage TurboTax tools to build lasting relationships while supporting year-round service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid tax return filings (30+ federal/state returns per season) using professional software.
• Active PTIN and ability to file taxes legally.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma where appropriate.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
