Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Experts in new locations across the United States. You will work on-site providing full-service tax return preparation, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

You’ll connect clients with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, while growing the local client base through outreach and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 1040 federal/state returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory.
• Onsite required 20 hours/week, 8am–5pm.
• Willing to training and uniform wear.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with simple to complex tax situations and planning.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with clients.
• Utilize government resources and team expertise for accurate solutions.
