Intuit, Inc. in the United States is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax return preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location. You will work with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios, from W-2s to business income and amendments, while leveraging Intuit resources.

Competenze

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and drive local growth.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit.
• Build long-term client relationships and a trusted local presence.
• Ensure excellent, professional customer experiences both in person and virtually.
