Job summary

Intuit seeks enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing a local client base through outreach and partnerships.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions and a seamless customer experience for both in-person and virtual clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ 1040s/season) using professional software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes; professional credentials preferred.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Develop local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to serve clients end-to-end.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
