Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow a local practice onsite at TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will collaborate with tax professionals and other specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for individuals and small businesses. You will build relationships, participate in community outreach, and leverage marketing tools to expand the client base while ensuring stellar service levels.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00.
• Complete required training and development; uniforms provided.
• Build local and online presence to grow TurboTax clients.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Develop lasting relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and resolve tax inquiries.
