Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and personalized service to individuals and small businesses.

You will collaborate with a team to grow the local client base and connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN holder to file taxes as required by law.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Bridge clients to the Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver superior customer experience and ensure ongoing client relationships.
