Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to work at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving in-person and virtual clients with tax preparation and advisory services.

You'll collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, building local relationships and driving customer loyalty while leveraging marketing tools and resources to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must reside within the United States and be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Develop understanding of clients' complete financial picture and connect them to Intuit solutions.
