Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services, serving in-person and virtual clients and collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Role emphasizes building a local client base, leveraging Intuit marketing tools, and expanding services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Competenze

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• onsite work at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, min 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds and offer future tax planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address broader needs.
