Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and preparation at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, offering personalized tax solutions and expanding the local customer base through community outreach.

Role emphasizes collaboration with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services while delivering a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience and a high-quality customer journey.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and pursue outreach.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
• Deliver tax advice and help clients navigate tax planning and changes.
