Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

This role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and in-person service to deliver full‑service tax preparation and personalized advice. You will work onsite with a collaborative team, serving both in‑person and virtual clients, and you’ll coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professional credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador, growing the client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and clear financial guidance to clients.
