Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with clients across personal and business tax scenarios, collaborate with a network of specialists, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement and marketing support. Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States and be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations and optimizing deductions.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - Embody a community-focused mindset, build a local customer base, identify prospects, and lead local events with marketing support.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture and connect them with Intuit solutions for ongoing support.
• Build Relationships - Connect with people, show empathy, and grow long-term relationships through personalized service.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - Ensure professional, helpful service in-person and via Intuit tools to meet clients' financial goals.
