Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. This on-site role focuses on full‑service tax return preparation and expert tax advice for in‑person and virtual clients.

You will work with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, building long‑term relationships and growing the local client base through community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in tax preparation for personal and business returns.
• Active credentials (EA/CPA) or equivalent licensing preferred.
• Willing to work onsite and grow local client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for clients.
• Identify deductions, plan taxes, and deliver accurate solutions.
• Develop local client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning teams.
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience in person and virtually.
