Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, working onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete preparation, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.

This role emphasizes building local client relationships, growing the TurboTax client base, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential required or strongly preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location with standard hours and potential peak-season scaling.
• Willing to wear provided uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
