Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a TurboTax location across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert tax advice to in-person and virtual clients, sitting in the same client meetings as a team of specialists.

This onsite role emphasizes building local relationships, growing the client base, and delivering an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Interest in expanding to bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus.
• Strong customer-service orientation and community growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the customer base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Build lasting relationships by understanding clients' financial picture and following up with solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
