Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a local TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide tax advice and full service tax preparation for in-person and virtual clients, while connecting them with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

The role emphasizes building local relationships, driving client growth, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, ~20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to broader Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional, end-to-end customer experiences.
