Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advice at a TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, building trust as a knowledgeable guide across personal and business tax concerns.

You will grow the local client base, collaborate with specialists, and connect clients with Intuit solutions for year-round support. Strong tax expertise and community outreach are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States and be onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture to connect them with Intuit solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
