Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a local TurboTax location.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, deliver tax planning guidance, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to ensure a seamless client experience. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week, Mon–Fri
• Willing to training and development as determined by the business
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/photo for advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow local TurboTax client base
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Build long-term relationships and trust with clients through tax engagements
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist with inquiries using modern video tools
