Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will support in-person and virtual clients, coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.

You’ll grow the local client base, foster relationships, and help clients understand their complete financial picture using Intuit tools and marketing resources.

Competenze

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services with training.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using resources and team expertise in everyday language.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with other Intuit experts to address clients' full financial picture.
