Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience. You will attract new clients, build long-term relationships, and help grow TurboTax’s local presence while supporting clients with both in-person and virtual sessions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to drive year-round engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
