Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax return preparation and advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service and build a local client base in your TurboTax location.

You will partner with a team to expand TurboTax services, deliver accurate tax solutions, and guide clients through personal and business tax scenarios while representing Intuit in the local community.

Qualificações

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns (30+ federal/state 1040s) per season using professional tax software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
