Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients at a local TurboTax location.

You will work onsite, addressing personal and business tax scenarios, and guide customers through end-to-end tax solutions with support from a broader team. You’ll build a local client base, participate in community outreach, and leverage Intuit resources to deliver year‑round value.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax scenarios including business income and amendments.
• Advance local growth by outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
