Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax guidance at a TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, offering personalized tax planning and software support.

You will collaborate with a wide team to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, while promoting local growth and exceptional service within the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing the local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as needed.
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, helpful guidance across in-person and virtual interactions.
