Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advice at a TurboTax location.

You will collaborate with specialists to cover personal and business tax needs, while growing your local client base and delivering a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. You will engage clients in person and virtually, building trust through expert guidance, community involvement, and cross-selling related services such as bookkeeping or payroll.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency-based up-skilling, cross-training of other products or offerings, and professional development.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and be used in advertising materials.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments).
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow a local client base through outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with team to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning or advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience by understanding complete financial pictures and guiding clients to the right solutions.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and trust.
