Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax prep and guidance at a on-site TurboTax location in the United States. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, building trust and expanding your local client base while connecting customers with Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; act as local ambassador.
• Link clients to Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and educate clients on tax planning.
