Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients, while coordinating with tax specialists on more complex cases.

You will also grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and represent Intuit’s ecosystem of services to individuals and small businesses.

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office during core hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM local), ~20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence, including content creation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
