Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing a local client base and collaborating with tax and advisory teams across Intuit. You will help clients navigate personal and business tax scenarios, build trust in the community, and deliver end-to-end services using TurboTax resources and professional tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ returns seasonally
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week during tax season
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms
• Interest in local community presence and online content creation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, planning teams for client needs
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools
