Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of financial professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients, and help grow the local client base through outreach and partnerships. You’ll collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and other Intuit services to offer end-to-end support and ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, building a local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Act as a trusted guide by connecting clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing, including bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist clients in navigating tax challenges.
