Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation and expert advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base through outreach and community partnerships, become the local face of TurboTax, and help clients navigate complex tax situations.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to onsite at TurboTax locations and participate in training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Engage in community events and local marketing to build relationships.
