Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local growth by identifying prospects through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Develop long-term relationships and grow a local client base for year-round engagement.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience, in-person and via video tools, addressing inquiries and tax needs.
