Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving both in-person and virtual clients. You will provide expert tax preparation, advice, and software support, while coordinating with specialists to address diverse personal and business tax needs.

You will actively grow the local client base, build relationships, and use marketing resources to expand community presence, delivering a seamless Intuit experience year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes and willingness to upskill in advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through proactive outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and accurate tax solutions in plain language.
