Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless client experience. You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and participate in community events to enhance TurboTax’s presence.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ 1040s per season.
• Willing to grow into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain client relationships.
