Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, building relationships and guiding clients through complex situations.

You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, growing the local client base while delivering an exceptional customer experience and year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Deliver deductions optimization, amendments, and future tax planning advice.
• Serve as local ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and engage the community.
• Collaborate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with related services.
