Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support while building a local client base and collaborating with a network of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will grow client relationships, deliver personalized tax planning, and help clients navigate complex tax situations.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years, 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training
• Must be onsite 8:00–17:00 local, 20 hours/week; peak periods may extend hours
• Must complete training and compliance requirements; uniforms and branding use may be required
• Willing to build local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert per Intuit policies
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory helpful

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Work in-person and via Intuit video tools to assist clients and address inquiries
