Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a local TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and engage with the community to build a local client base while collaborating with specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem. You’ll work onsite, serving in-person and virtual clients, and help clients navigate from tax filing to year-round planning, with training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and clear financial guidance.
