Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and work with a network of specialists to deliver seamless, end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients in your community. You will grow the local client base, engage in grass-roots outreach, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax filing experience and PTIN active.
• Minimum 3 years filing 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory.
• Onsite in TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base via outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and teach clients tax strategies.
