Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax advice, prepare returns, and offer software support while building a local client base and collaborating with Intuit specialists.

You will work onsite, serve both in-person and virtual clients, and engage with the community to grow TurboTax’s presence. Training and uniforms are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• ≥3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients to full Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
