Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations. You will perform full‑service tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and work closely with a team of specialists to deliver an end‑to‑end Intuit experience.

This on‑site role focuses on helping clients with personal and business tax needs while building local relationships. You’ll be a trusted guide, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios, expand their financial knowledge,

Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours per week; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; may need to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Assist with business income, investments, deductions, and amendments; deliver planning advice.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for the future.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with teammates and the broader Intuit ecosystem to serve clients end-to-end.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
