Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Tax Experts. You will prepare tax returns, provide expert advice, and support clients using TurboTax software, collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.

You’ll grow the local client base, build relationships, and represent Intuit in community outreach while delivering a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours per week; hours may scale up during peak season.
• Willing to complete all required training and development; training requirements may change.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be represented in company advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence and content for the TurboTax brand.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan future taxes.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to address client needs.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience via in-person and video interactions.
