Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support at local TurboTax locations in the United States.

You’ll work with a cross‑functional team to deliver end‑to‑end tax services, engaging clients in person and virtually to understand their complete financial picture. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations and planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships; act as the local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address their needs.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via video tools.
• Assist clients in maximizing refunds, minimizing liabilities, and navigating tax scenarios from basic to complex.
