Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while coordinating with a broader team of specialists.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite, 20+ hours/week, Mon-Fri 8:00–5:00 local time.
• Willing to complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online community presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Drive local growth: outreach, events, partnerships, and community engagement.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Build relationships and maintain trust for multi-year client engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience using in-person and video tools.
• Assist clients with inquiries and tax-related challenges.
