Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax - Local Service Expert team, delivering expert tax advice and full-service tax preparation in a hands-on, community-focused role.

You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving both in-person and virtual clients, building relationships, and expanding the local client base while coordinating with a network of specialists to provide end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ individual 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill to additional service types with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location about 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and plan for future taxes.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
