Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join one of our TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support, serving in-person and virtual clients.

You’ll work onsite, collaborating with a broader team to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships in the community, and help clients navigate tax scenarios while supporting

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years, 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms; may appear in advertising materials.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax, content creation welcomed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations, deductions, amendments; provide planning guidance.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews with clients and experts.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver end-to-end service.
