Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice while engaging with local communities and growing the client base.

As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Tax and financial services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory support, ensuring a seamless Intuit experience for every client.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00.
• Must complete all training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - build local client base and community partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships - turn one-time transactions into long-term client relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - high professionalism and client-centered service.
