Intuit Inc. invites motivated individuals to join our TurboTax - Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and support clients across personal and small business filings. You’ll grow your local practice by engaging with the community, building relationships, and coordinating with a network of Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end service year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be willing to work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Assist with business income, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Drive local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients for year-round support.
