Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals for a TurboTax Local Service Expert on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, provide expert guidance, and act as a local ambassador to grow the client base and connect customers with the full Intuit ecosystem.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time.
• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients (personal and business).
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds and offer future planning guidance.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing and community events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to connect clients with broader Intuit ecosystem.
