Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. On-site roles involve in-person and virtual client work, providing full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice, while coordinating with a network of specialists for a seamless Intuit experience.

You will build local client relationships, help clients navigate complex tax scenarios, and participate in community outreach while leveraging Intuit resources to grow a thriving local business.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with tax expertise is preferred.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and relationships.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) to deliver end-to-end service.
• Help clients understand their complete financial picture and offer future tax planning.
