Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a new TurboTax location.

You will provide on‑site tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for both in‑person and virtual clients, while collaborating with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists. You will grow the local client base, foster relationships, and participate in community events to raise TurboTax awareness.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for active Enrolled Agent status (EA).
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or practicing attorney with tax expertise is preferred.
• Minimum experience filing 30+ federal/state Forms 1040 per tax season using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and full preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences onsite and virtually, in a fast‑paced environment.
